We believe that changing hearts and minds is the only way we will achieve this end. From the start of our journey we have participated in vegan outreach that featured yummy food samples while offering information to accompany the taste-tempting lure. Since 2017, we have organized and hosted our signature event, the Annual Vegan Dairy Fair in Boulder, Colorado. The 4th was scheduled for 2020 when the world shut down, but we plan to return with a bang on May 7, 2022. The fair is a food festival and expo held to encourage people to explore the great variety of plant-based dairy products and to expose them to the grim reality of conventional dairy made from cow’s and goat’s milk.
